TMQ Idiocy

last week, gregg easterbrook declared in tuesday morning quarterback, his often entertaining always pompous column, that warrick dunn was the "most effective undersized back since [thurman] thomas".

whaaaat? are you serious? thurman thomas was listed at 5-10 and 205 during his playing career. this makes him slightly taller and about the same weight as both barry sanders and emmitt smith. barry was even thurman's direct successor at oklahoma state.

i emailed him, but no correction in this week's TMQ must mean that he really believes that thurman thomas was better than *both* barry sanders and emmitt smith... (or he didn't bother to read my email). regardless, that was a dumbass statement.
