Merrill Reese Sees the Future?

something odd about yesterday's radio broadcast. some time during the third quarter, mcnabb threw an 11 yard pass to TO coming across the middle. i heard merrill reese say "mcnabb goes to TO" on my headphones before don actually threw the pass. how is that possible? i wasn't the only one who heard this, as joe heard the same thing. how is this possible? there isn't much of a delay on those broadcast, but i'm serious when i say that merrill said this about a beat before donovan threw the ball.

anyone else notice this?

Yeah, more than a little wierd. Sort of Truman Show-esque. I don't know if maybe Merle saw the formation and Donovan looking to T.O. and just said it, if there was some sort of rift in time (would explain the electrical malfuntions and alarms), or if the games are just fixed and scripted, but it was damn odd.

Yeah, theres a delay. Its not as bad for normal broadcast tv. If you watch it in digital or satilight theres more of one and if you see it in HD theres a few abysmal 2 seconds.

jomynow, you don't get it. Merrle Reese said Donovan to T.O. over the radio (which normally has a delay) BEFORE Donovan threw the ball!! Please pay attention!

I told you. There's a delay on the field. You don't think we're really watching it live in the stadium, do you?

sorry, my fault for the miscommunication. i should have been more clear that i was at the game, so having merrill call the pass before it happened was not due to a difference between the TV delay and the radio delay.
