World Series!
huge game tonight. if the phillies are to win this series, i believe hamels must win tonight's game. it feels odd to say that considering it's only the first game of the series, but the nights that hamels pitches will be the only games of the series where the phillies have the better starter on the mound. (you could argue that myers is more talented than shields, but he certainly hasn't pitched better than shields).
i think the phillies definitely have a shot at this, but they have to get off to a good start tonight.

I actually watched the 1st 2 innings. Not bad, Phillies. Very not bad.
They look terrible tonight. Not being able to play small ball is killing this team. Grotesque!

Great win last night. But can't win this series with all those men left on base. Rollins is playing good D, but he's starting to piss me off at the plate.

Last nite and tonite are 2 of the worst strike zones I've ever seen. awful on both sides. That's not the reason we're losing, but it's difficult to even watch.

I was wondering about the strike zones, but since I haven't watched baseball since 1994 I just figured that's what it has morphed to.
